Mindfulness reminds us that ‘thinking (and feelings) is not bad, but not helpful if they ‘overwhelm’ or  gets in the way of how we’d like to live and experience life.

My method uses ‘zero tolerance’ of any feelings other than good or positive as it  takes only 90 seconds for that small thought to cascade into overwhelm or other negative states.  Our techniques act to reframe the brain chemistry to return it quickly to a state of equilibrium and homestasis from where we can continue with  what we are doing and what we want to achieve and experience in life.
